What it does

• It reads publicly available research pages, papers and feeds, so that Zola can list them in search with the title, the author, the date, a short excerpt and a link to the original.
• Readers who open a piece go to your site. Zola does not show the full text of a piece unless the publisher has agreed.
• It does not use your content to train AI models.

How it behaves

• It follows robots.txt for the token "ZolaAnalytics-research-bot".
• It makes at most one request per second to a site, and it stops when a site asks it to slow down.
• It does not log in, and it does not read paywalled pages.
