Observer seats give read-only access to your team's charts, reports, and workspaces - perfect for colleagues who need to view your research without editing or running queries. Zola runs on AWS infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. Your charts, reports, workspaces, and research outputs are fully isolated to your team. We never access, share, or sell your data. Your queries and analysis are never used to train AI models.
