Each plan is priced per seat. Add or remove team members at any time and billing adjusts automatically. Annual plans save approximately 15% compared to monthly billing.

Absolutely. Zola runs on AWS infrastructure with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. Your charts, reports, workspaces, and research outputs are fully isolated to your team. We never access, share, or sell your data. Your queries and analysis are never used to train AI models.
